Description
Parasiti, Poetae, et Cenae is contains a short reading about parasites and Roman dinner invitations in Latin. Comprehension questions accompany the reading. In addition, tiered readings are available for Catullus 13, Martial, Epigrams 2.37, 9.14, 9.19, and 11.77. Full dictionaries for the final tier are available for each poem. This curated set of readings allows for students to explore Roman culture more comprehensibly. These tiered readings can be used to accompany teaching the Mostellaria, or they can be used independently in the classroom.
